Your guide to exam season
Thu 10 November, 2022Exam season is approaching and we want to make sure you as prepared as you can be. This guide will help you to ace your exams and complete the season like a boss!
Make sure you are revising
You want to be as prepared as you can on the day and revising will give you the confidence on the day of your exam.
Be as productive as possible and give yourself enough time to review everything that you have studied, and make sure that you understand it.

Look after yourself
You will be able to work better if you are looking after yourself which you can do by eating a healthy diet, taking part in physical activity and getting plenty of sleep.
This applies both during your exam period, and when you are revising. Having a healthy, balanced diet helps make sure that our bodies get all the nutrients needed to work well from day to day.

Know your exam
Before your go into your exam, ensure you know what you are expected to do. Know the style of the exam, how long it is going to be and how you should answer. This way you can walk into the exam room with confidence.
Make sure you know the practical details of:
- Where it will be?
- What time does it starts and how you will get there?
- If you have to travel, what time do you need to leave?
- What do you need to take with you?
Also make sure that you know what to do if something goes wrong. You might, for example, be ill on the day, or get held up on the journey, and you need to know who to contact.
Prepare yourself for the day
