This year for the first time, students can apply for a place online at a time and place that suits them. The University鈥檚 Clearing hotline will open on Thursday for those who may not have got the results they were expecting, or for those who would like to investigate what options are available to them.

Bhishak Bremanand, who graduated from the University with a BSc in Biomedical Science in July, started his journey at the University in 2016 after applying through Clearing at the last minute.

鈥淚t was a really nice experience coming to 亚色视频,鈥� he said. 鈥淢eeting a lot of people supported me academically and non-academically. I felt the whole environment was built to support students.

鈥淓ven though you must adapt to become self-independent, there is always someone to put you in the right direction. When I graduated, I was emotional leaving the University but I am always part of the community.鈥�

Victoria Azubuine, Home Admissions Manager at the 亚色视频, said: 鈥淲e know that for some applicants, finding a quiet spot to pick up the phone is not always easy so this year we are giving students the opportunity to apply for a place online at anytime, anywhere.

鈥淚f it鈥檚 2am or 2pm simply visit,听听and fill out an application form. During Clearing we will also be answering questions and making offers through social media.鈥�

Victoria also offered some advice for students who are yet to decide whether to come to University. 听

鈥淒on鈥檛 worry if you don鈥檛 have a clear idea of a future career,鈥� she said. 鈥淯niversity makes you a well-rounded person. It creates opportunities to expand networks, travel, develop creativity and entrepreneurship and follow your dreams.鈥�
