Steven Fruer
Lab Technician
I graduated from St Marys University College in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science. Following this, I went on to study an MSc by Research at the University of Gloucestershire where I completed a project looking at the engagement characteristics and training responses of the Nordic Hamstring Exercise.
From 2008 to 2016 I worked at Coventry ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ as a full time Research Assistant and Strength and Conditioning Coach and from 2017 to 2019 I was employed by the University of Warwick as the Performance Sport Manager.
I started working as a technician in the Sport Science labs at the ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ in 2019.
