Laila Horan

Lecturer in Psychology

Laila is a Lecturer in Psychology. She coordinates, lectures and tutors on several units, particularly those that have an applied nature or involve research methods and statistics.

Laila started her career at the ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ in 2011 after completing a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree as a mature student. Since that time Laila has worked her way up from Visiting Consultant, Technician/Demonstrator, to Research Assistant and Senior Laboratory Technician/Tutor, and more recently Lecturer in Psychology. Laila has also completed a part-time MRes and is the first author and co-author for numerous research reports produced for local authorities in Bedfordshire.

Laila is interested in all areas of psychology but has a particular interest in Health, Cognitive, Neuropsychology, Developmental, Abnormal Psychology or Psychology of Mental Health and Clinical Psychology and Treatment Methods.
